Why Sentinel exists

Built by a senior HSE professional — to support your Crisis Management Team.

"

I've spent more than 30 years across mining, energy, major hazard facilities, heavy industry and infrastructure operations — at both asset-owner and major contractor levels. Senior operational and HSE roles. Boards, regulators, late-night incident calls, and more crisis exercises than I can count.

I built Sentinel because I've sat in too many boardrooms where the exercise was an annual set-piece. A thick report goes on the shelf, the Crisis Management Manual sits in a drawer, and the team finds out — in real time — how prepared they aren't. Big-spend, low-cadence preparation doesn't build muscle. Practice does.

Sentinel is the tool I wished I'd had: a way to take your Crisis Manual, your industry sector, or just a starting template, and produce a credible, standards-aligned exercise pack — one your CMT can sit and run next month, and the month after that. Practice as a habit, not an annual event.
