The problem
For most organisations, "crisis preparation" still means an annual set-piece exercise run for the senior team. It books out a fortnight of diaries, comes at considerable cost, and returns a report rarely referenced after the debrief. The manual drifts. Standards change. Confidence evaporates between events.
Sentinel turns that cycle inside out. Upload a manual, pick an industry, or start from our standards-aligned CMR template — and produce a bespoke 3-phase scenario, a Master Inject Log, Role Player Cards, and a Facilitator Pack your team can run next month, and the month after that.
Sentinel doesn't replace you. It changes your unit economics.
Drafting credible, standards-aligned scenarios is the labour-heavy bit of every client engagement. Sentinel hands you that draft — already mapped to ISO 22361, ISO 22301 and AS/NZS 5050 — so your billable hours go where they actually differentiate your firm: facilitation, judgement, insight and client relationship.
Run more clients per partner. Quarterly cadence becomes a sellable engagement model. Maturity tracking gives every client a quarter-on-quarter story worth paying to keep watching.
Build a scenario two ways
Got a Crisis Management Manual already? Upload the PDF or DOCX. Sentinel extracts your RACI matrix, roles, and reporting lines, then generates a scenario that tests the authorities your manual grants — not a generic template.
No manual yet? Type your industry (Light Manufacturing · Aged Care · Transport · Financial Services…), pick your CMT roles, and Sentinel infers a regulator-aware scenario from first principles. A great starting point if you're building your first manual.
Consultants: drop your client's manual in and you have a credible, standards-aligned scenario before the second meeting — the authoring labour that used to eat your engagement margin, on tap.
Score a manual against the standards that matter
Whether you're an HSE Manager auditing your own manual or an advisor showing up to a new client, run the Standards Alignment Review and produce a 6-page maturity report inside the first meeting. Upload the manual and Sentinel maps it section-by-section against five internationally recognised frameworks plus Australian regulatory hooks.
Every gap comes with a prioritised recommendation and the specific clause of the standard it relates to — so when the Head of Risk (or your Board) asks "why does that matter?", you have the answer in the report.
Three packs. One for each person in the room.
Sentinel splits the exercise into three purpose-built PDFs — each tuned to who's holding it.
- FACFacilitator Pack — full 3-phase scenario, Master Inject Log, per-inject cards with a READ THIS ALOUD script the facilitator delivers verbatim, expected actions and curveball notes.
- PARTParticipant Pack — spoiler-safe: scenario brief, threat-intel pre-read, three-phase narrative and Role Player Cards. Inject log, expected actions and curveballs are stripped out — safe to email the night before.
- KITExercise Toolkit — fillable Exercise Report, four scenario-aware communications templates (holding-line, regulator notice, internal stand-up, customer notice) and a structured Hot Wash debrief. Editable in Word.
Consultants: all three packs ship with your firm's logo on the cover. Fixed-price deliverable. No re-typesetting, no formatting hours billed at consulting rates.
Two trajectories per client. One dashboard.
Manual Maturity: the Maturity History page groups every Standards Alignment Review you've run by client. Each card shows the latest maturity band, how many reviews have been run, and the trajectory delta in standards bands.
Program Maturity: a separate assessment scores the whole crisis program — manual, exercises, governance, evidence — in a 12-question survey, scored 0-100 across five bands (Reactive → Resilient). One trajectory per client or site, twice-yearly cadence, branded per-client PDFs.
Export the whole portfolio as a one-page branded PDFwith a metric strip (Clients/Sites · Reviews · Improving · Stable · Declining) and a per-row table — drop it straight into your monthly status report, QBR deck, or executive risk dashboard.
Your branding, your deliverable
Upload your organisation's logo, pick a brand colour, set the display name. Every PDF Sentinel generates — Facilitator Pack, Participant Pack, Standards Review, Consultant Dashboard — wears your colours on the cover.
A discreet "Powered by Sentinel" footer is on by default, so anyone receiving your pack can find us. Turn it off with a single toggle when your client requires fully white-labelled deliverables.
- Logo on every PDF cover
- Brand colour on accents, borders, maturity ladder
- Optional "Powered by Sentinel" footer
- One-click preview before you apply
